Please contact +60 11 1123 3638 immediately to lodge a complaint or submit your complaint
through our website Contact Us page. Ensure you provide all the relevant information such as
branch location, purchase date, time, purchase amount, cashier’s name (if any) and other related
info in order to assist us in the investigation of your complaint.
Customers are given 7 days from date of purchase to return or exchange. All exchange is only limited
to the same branch where the purchase was made. The item selected for exchange should be of
same price or higher, and customers will have to pay the difference of amount if the item selected
for exchange is higher in price. Remember to bring the original receipt with you during exchange.
Customers are allowed to exchange however refund is not allowed.
All items can be exchanged within the given period except panty and underwear, tudung, bag, luggage, sandal, slippers, perfume,
toys, Toto Narita, and mat(tikar).
All exchange is only allowed with original receipt as proof of purchase and item to be exchanged
should be in good condition with label attached. Exchange without original receipt or label missing
will not be entertained.
If the Pasaraya Yang Yang branch visited do not have sufficient quantity to meet customer purchase,
customer can place order at the same branch with minimum order requirement of total bill amount
RM300. A 50% deposit will be collected upon confirmation of order and deposit will not be refunded
if customer wish to cancel their order later on. It usually takes 14 working days for us to process the
order and deliver to our branch for collection. We also offer wholesale price for purchase of selected
items and quantity.
Customers can browse our online store at Shopee to place order. If the item which customer wish to
order is not available in our Shopee store, please contact +6011 1196 3876 to place order. Such
order will be accepted with minimum order of total bill amounting RM200 and above. We offer
delivery to doorsteps however customer need to bear the postage cost.
